Innomotive Solutions Group seeks a Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily fabrication operations in our Springfield, OH facility. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while coaching staff and coordinating workflow across teams.
The role requires strong leadership, experience in manufacturing, and proficiency with MS Office. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with company goals for profitability and customer satisfaction.
The purpose of the Fabrication Supervisor position is to oversee daily fabrication operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, supervising team members, maintaining productivity, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring department goals align with company objectives for profitability, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
This position operates primarily in a fabrication shop/manufacturing environment. The employee may be exposed to loud noise, welding and cutting operations, moving machinery, forklifts, airborne particles, fumes, heat, cold, and other shop‑related conditions. Work may be performed around steel, tools, equipment, and materials that require awareness of surroundings and adherence to all safety procedures. Personal protective equipment may be required, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, steel‑toe footwear, welding protection, and other PPE as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their fingers and hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. This position is very active, and the employee frequently is required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift/ or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
