AMETEK, Inc. seeks a Fabrication Stager in Waterbury, CT to prepare materials, stage jobs, support CNC, Threadrolling and Haas operations, and assist with general material movement. You will ensure smooth production flow and maintain accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing or machining experience, ERP familiarity, and strong math and computer literacy. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and adapt to shifting priorities while keeping precise records.

Qualificações

• Experience in manufacturing or machining environment.
• ERP experience preferred.
• Math abilities required.
• Computer literacy required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to read basic manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to use micrometers.
• Detail-oriented with accurate recordkeeping.

Responsabilidades

• Pick and stage materials
• Review and prioritize line loading based on schedule
• Perform material inspection using the proper measurement equipment
• Complete all initial job paperwork and record material consumption.
• Put away overstock in designated storage locations.
• Cycle counting of inventory
• Perform machining operations using bandsaws, chop saws and belt sanders
• Transport materials from supplier to inventory or in and out of the building
