Job summary

• Minimum 5 years prior Fab shop experience.
• Background in HVAC and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Fab Shop Manager to oversee workflow of the fab floor by estimating, scheduling, and estimating manpower.
• Ensures proper productivity levels within fabrication shops so that schedules for completion are maintained with on time or ahead of scheduled delivery status.
• Effectively handles and resolves day-to-day worksite issues including performance warnings, dispute resolution and employee relations.
• Properly communicates with all customers, employees, and management team in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures that fab shop database, spreadsheets, and schedules are managed and kept up to date.
• Completes and distributes all paperwork associated with employees including but not limited to attendance, performance, and training.
• Works closely and communicates with Fab Shop Manager.
• Always maintain Temp-Con's safety and quality standards.
• All other duties as assigned by manager including general fabrication tasks.
