Job summary

MKB is hiring a Fab Shop Associate, Fabricator in Oak Park, MN. The role manufactures, assembles, finishes and installs metal components according to specifications, and operates fabrication equipment safely to meet production schedules. The Fabricator may travel to customer sites to support installations and field fabrication.

Full-time, 40+ hours weekly with potential overtime. Candidates should read blueprints, have a high school diploma or GED, and experience in metal fabrication or welding.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, welding, or related field preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older or as required by safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, work orders, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, fit, drill, grind, and assemble metal components.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, press brakes, drills, grinders.
• Travel to customer locations to support field projects.
