Job summary

Fluidstack in Phoenix, AZ seeks hands-on manufacturing leaders to run a fabrication shift. You will direct welders and operators, teach safe work practices, and ensure output meets daily plan.

You will coach on the floor, document issues, enforce 5S, lockout-tagout, and quality standards. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising fabrication or welding crews in production.
• Ability to shift to takt and communicate issues clearly.
• Proven coaching on the spot and documentation when it matters.

Responsibilities

• Run a fabrication shift: crew, safety, quality, and output managed hour by hour.
• Lead operators and welders directly: assignments, coaching, and accountability on the floor.
• Execute the daily plan and escalate misses with causes, not excuses.
• Enforce standards: 5S, lockout-tagout, and work instructions followed.
