Job summary

Cimarron Trailers, Inc. in Oklahoma manufactures trailer assemblies, and seeks an assembler who can read blueprints and drawings, and assemble components with electric, pneumatic and hand tools. You will verify conformance to specifications and work from orders and drawings.

You will measure, cut and machine parts on various machines, collaborate with teammates, and uphold lean processes to keep production flowing. Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Welding aluminum with MIG (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Assemble trailer components using electric, pneumatic and hand tools.
• Verify conformance to specs from work orders and drawings.
• Measure, mark, cut and machine parts on specified equipment.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues.
• Adhere to lean manufacturing practices (5-S, Kanban).
• Possess ability to float to other departments as needed.
• Maintain quality, timely production and regular attendance.
