Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Problem-solving and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to use welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with a team lift.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment, including shears, to cut materials.
• Organize and move materials with a forklift.
• Material preparation for production.
