Job summary

Prince Industries LLC, a US-based manufacturing partner with ISO certifications, seeks a Quality Lead in fabrication to coordinate inspection and testing activities, collaborate with Engineering on master inspection docs, and drive continuous improvements. The role requires strong supervisory skills, attention to detail, and expertise in GD&T and metrology.

You will oversee Hold Area, Lab, and Calibration operations, supervise staff, and ensure documentation and safety procedures are followed to

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proficient in using inspection equipment and metrology tools.
• Strong math skills related to manufacturing e.g., trig.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee quality control/inspection operations daily.
• Revises and assigns work to meet production schedules for on-time inspection.
• Manage disposition of discrepant material and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop Master Inspection documentation.
• Maintain ISO compliance and support internal/external audits.
• Communicate inspection staffing and equipment needs across shifts.
