Job summary

ISCO Industries, Inc. seeks a Project Planner to coordinate production planning, manufacturing facilities, and sales to manage fabrication projects from inception through completion.

The role requires handling multiple jobs concurrently and traveling to ISCO sites for training and collaboration. You will drive safe work practices, schedule work orders, monitor material availability, and report on throughput, quality, and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined with relevant experience.
• Proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and fabrication documents.
• Experience reading quality documentation and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and data storytelling.
• Team-oriented with collaborative style.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily Work Order Schedule using MAR.
• Track fabrication of work orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with production, facilities and sales.
• Lead through influence and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare weekly and quarterly performance reviews.
