Job summary

Lionshead Precision Metals in Greenwood, IN is hiring for a full-time position on the day shift (6:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Thursday). The role is hourly with pay of $25–$30 based on skill, with overtime potential on Fridays.

You will research and develop programs for equipment, support production, and help implement new procedures. The company emphasizes a people-first culture and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Benches or shop floor experience with equipment programming and process improvements.
• Experience with ERP systems and shop floor data entry is useful.
• Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading relevant to manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize programs for equipment using best practices.
• Coordinate with production to meet performance targets and improve results.
• Assist organization in setting up operations and implementing new procedures.
• Document updates for process changes and communicate findings to management.

We currently are hiring for our Day shift. This shift offers a great balance of work and family time. Employees on days work Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30 pm and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running. This position is hourly, and the rate is based on experience.

Summary of essential job functions

• Research and develop programs using best practices for equipment
• Support production needs thru communication to achieve best results in programs
• Assist processing group with the organization and setup of operations
• Oversee implementation of new programs and procedures
• Examine existing processes and suggest improvements
• Write updates to documents for process changes
• Clearly communicate ideas and findings to management and colleagues
• Assist teams in carrying out implementation of the procedures you design
• Other duties as assigned

Vacation Program

Vacation Accrual (Year 1):

• After 3 months - 40 hours

• January 1st following your 5-year anniversary - 160 hours
