Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, machine operation, production, construction, mechanical or general labor preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, specifications, and blueprints.
• Willingness to learn fabrication processes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate plasma cutting, grinding, and other fabrication equipment as assigned.
• Support fabrication, production, welding, robotics, and material handling activities.
• Read and interpret work orders and specs to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Load, unload, stage, and move steel pipe and materials.
• Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with specs.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
