Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve SQDC performance.
• Program and optimize laser cutting, turret punches, and press brakes.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Lead Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, SMED) and create SOPs.
• Support scheduling and ERP/MES systems; track OEE and uptime.
