We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Fabrication Operator to join our team in Jackson, United States. As a Fabrication Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, operating various fabrication equipment and ensuring the production of high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and equipment, including cutting, bending, and welding tools
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to produce parts according to specifications
• Set up machines and adjust settings for optimal performance and precision
• Perform quality checks on fabricated parts to ensure they meet required standards
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
• Assist in inventory management of materials and supplies
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality

Qualifications

Benefits & Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is in the range of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
