Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, including mills, drills, benders, broaches, presses, lathes, and secondary operation machines.
• Perform repetitive production tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Position parts according to blueprints, routings, and bills of materials.
• Assemble components using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other fasteners.
• Operate drill presses, riveting machines, and production equipment to support manufacturing operations.
• Use hand tools such as files and scrapers to achieve proper fit and finish.
• Wire and solder simple subassemblies when required.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare products for shipment by assembling boxes, labeling materials, and creating accessory packs.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Rotate between production operations as needed.
