Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Fabrication Operator for a company based in Clanton, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work hand in hand racking raw steel and rubber materials. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. Benefits include weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, short-term disability, life insurance, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 pounds and handle materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to use measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges.
• Good hand-eye coordination to operate equipment in a busy warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate VMS machines, presses, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and adjust machines as required for production runs.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools and visual inspection.
• Monitor machine performance and identify equipment issues.

FABRICATION OPERATOR

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Fabrication Operator for a company based in Clanton, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work hand in hand racking raw steel and rubber materials. Pay Rate

$16.00 per hour.

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Fabrication Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate VMS machines, presses, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and adjust machines as required for production runs.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools and visual inspection.
• Monitor machine performance and identify equipment issues.

Fabrication Operator Qualifications and Requirements

• Physical strength and stamina to lift loads and materials up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to use measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
