Job summary

Module X Solutions LLC is seeking a Fabrication Manager in Shreveport to lead all fabrication operations, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost objectives. You will oversee structural steel processing, beam line operations, robotic welding, and precast concrete production while guiding supervisors and teams toward operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years of fabrication or manufacturing experience.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a fabrication/manufacturing environment.
Experience with structural steel fabrication operations required.

Responsibilities

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture; ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
Direct daily fabrication activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Manage beam line processing, welding systems, precast concrete production, and tooling usage.
Lead supervisors, team leads, welders, and fabrication personnel; set performance expectations.
Drive continuous improvement and track KPIs across operations.
