Qualifications

• 3+ years of Fabrication Operations experience.
• High School diploma required; in-house safety trainings completed (LOTO, Overhead Crane, etc.).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of machine operators, assign tasks, and monitor performance to achieve production goals.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality machined components.
• Oversee setup, programming, and maintenance of Press equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Train new machine operators and provide ongoing training to existing team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
