Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of fabrication professionals focused on safety and continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer requirements while optimizing resources.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and other departments to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Ensure quality standards through inspections and corrective actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including Lean initiatives, to reduce costs.
• Promote and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Track KPIs and maintain accurate production records for leadership.
