Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience operating production machinery or fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and production specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with measuring tools and performing quality inspections.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment including cutoff saws, shears, roll forming, and press brakes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, work orders, and production drawings.
• Set up machines and adjust settings based on material and product requirements.
• Position stops, guides, and fixtures using scales, rulers, templates, and measuring devices.
• Cut, bend, shape, and form metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structural components.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Maintain production efficiency while following safety and quality procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
