Job summary

Hydro is seeking candidates for First/Third shift at our Sidney, OH facility. The role focuses on efficient machine setup and operation, confirming orders and part labels, and ensuring accurate packaging for shipments.

Education of a high school diploma or GED and ability to lift 40 lbs are required, with tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and lineal gauges used daily. Starting pay is $20.50/hour with a $1.00/hour shift premium for Third Shift.

Responsibilities

• Efficient machine set up and operation.
• Review process sheets provided by the supervisor to indicate the customer order.
• Ensure that Hydro part numbers, customer part numbers, and piece counts are marked on racks or carts to be packaged for shipments.
• Report all defects and material shortages to the Supervisor or lead.

Starting Rate of pay:

$20.50/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

First shift - 6AMto 2:30PM

Third shift - 10PM to 6:30AM

Shift Premium:

$1.00/hour extra for shift differential for working Third Shift

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good math skills using fractions, decimals and basic geometry.
