Job summary

Snelling in Buda, TX is seeking a Fabrication Helper for the 2nd shift to assist in fabrication, cutting, bending and loading rebar materials. You will operate hand tools and equipment, measure with a tape, and keep the workspace clean.

You must follow safety guidelines, wear PPE, and support teammates as directed by supervisors in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication and handling rebar materials.
• Ability to measure with a tape measure for accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting in the fabrication, cutting, bending, and loading of rebar materials.
• Operating hand tools, machines, and equipment accurately, efficiently, and safely.
• Measuring and inspecting rebar using a tape measure for accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following all safety guidelines and wearing required PPE (safety vest, gloves, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hard hat, ear protection, etc.).
• Supporting team members and assisting in various tasks as directed by supervisors.
