Job summary

Antunes is seeking a Floor Lead to direct day-to-day manufacturing activities and uphold quality and production standards on the floor. The ideal candidate will guide team members, coordinate multi-task tasks, and make sound decisions to drive results.

Applicants should have 5–7 years in sheet metal fabrication or related industries, supervisory experience, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems. High school diploma required; additional certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Action/ detail oriented, strong leadership, and drive for results.
• Knowledge of focused areas within fabrication including Machine Operation, Welding, Press Brakes, and CNC Machines.
• Must be a team player and able to work in a multi-task environment.
• Must work well independently and make sound business decisions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MRP Systems, blueprints, BOMs and ERP systems.
