Job summary

Mancino Manufacturing is seeking a Production Associate - Fabrication & Assembly in Lansdale, PA. You will prep and assemble wood, foam, and related materials, interpret drawings, and use machinery to cut, glue, and join components to fulfill orders.

Adhere to safety rules and quality standards while coordinating with other teams. The role requires 3+ years in construction, production, or manufacturing, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3+ years in construction, production, manufacturing, or assembly.
• Knowledge: read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Math: basic math including fractions and standard operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery including saws, wire cutters, and glue guns to fulfill orders.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality and specifications.
• Prepare materials for fabrication and monitor inventory.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow OSHA safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
