Responsibilities

• Fabrication & assembly: Operate tools and equipment to fabricate parts per specs.
• Blueprint reading: Interpret drawings to determine materials and procedures.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products against specs.
• Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine maintenance and follow safety protocols.
• Material Handling: Prepare materials for fabrication and organize workflow.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with team to ensure timely production and resolve issues.
• Documentation: Record work orders, schedules, and inventory usage.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot fabrication-related issues.
• Jobsite housekeeping and general labor as needed.
• Support Prefab-related duties as instructed by Supervisor.
