Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, textiles, apparel production, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with garment quantities, consumption, and delivery dates.
• Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, conditional formatting.
• Ability to manage multiple styles, fabrics and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving to anticipate shortages or delays before they affect production.
• Clear written and verbal communication with international suppliers.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Calculate fabric requirements by style, color, size range, production order, and manufacturing facility using approved garment consumption.
• Balance purchases of fabrics and components to prevent shortages from delaying production.
• Maintain a time-and-action calendar covering fabric commitments, production openings, and ship dates.
• Create, issue, revise, and manage fabric purchase orders as production needs change.
• Track fabric inventory, open orders, allocations, and usage by style, color, supplier, and facility.
• Identify risks early and coordinate with suppliers, mills, and internal teams to keep production on schedule.
