Garan, Incorporated is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage fabric planning and procurement for apparel production. The role focuses on calculating, placing, monitoring, and adjusting fabric orders to match production needs across multiple garments and facilities.

You will balance materials with changing quantities, lead times, and customer delivery requirements, working closely with suppliers, sourcing partners, and internal teams to identify risks early and keep production on schedule.

Qualificações

• Strong numerical and analytical ability for garment quantities, consumption rates, and delivery dates.
• Clear written and verbal communication with international suppliers.
• Proficient Excel skills for data reconciliation and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate fabric requirements by style, color, size range, and production order.
• Identify and plan all textile components for each garment.
• Balance fabric purchases to avoid shortages blocking production.
• Maintain a time-and-action calendar for fabric commitments and deadlines.
• Create and revise fabric purchase orders and confirm specifications with suppliers.
• Track fabric inventory, open orders, and usage by style, color, supplier, and facility.
• Develop recovery plans with suppliers and internal teams to mitigate risks.
