Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Claremont, NC is seeking a Cutting Utility team member to maintain a clean, organized work area in the fabric cutting and staging spaces.

You will help move materials between sewing and shipping, track inventory, and ensure accurate handling of leather hides. The position requires a High School Diploma, at least 1 year in manufacturing, ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented, and prior forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to multitask and be extremely detail oriented.
• Must have prior experience operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in fabric cutting and staging areas.
• Facilitate workflow between sewing, cutting, and shipping departments.
• Process incoming leather shipments; verify against packing slips and square footage.
• Tag and scan leather hides; track inventory and ensure accurate location placement.
• Deliver boxed slipcovers from sewing to shipping for timely shipment.
