Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in Claremont, NC is seeking a Merchandise Processor for Fabric Picking. The role supports fabric handling, scanning, and inventory movement in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities include receiving, weighing, labeling, and post-pick organization using RF scanners. Requires lifting 75 lbs+, forklift/order picker experience, and basic computer skills within a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year forklift/order picker driving experience.
• Ability to frequently lift rolls weighing approximately 75 lbs. or more.
• Ability to keep accurate records and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Computer experience.
• Able to work on Order picker more than 20ft in the air.

Responsibilities

• Receive and split fabric rolls.
• Properly weigh fabric rolls and use the system weight multiplier.
• Work with Hand Scanners for tracking and moving inventory.
• Palletize fabric rolls and label accurately utilizing printed labels.
• Unload material from vendor trucks and containers.
• Pick fabric on demand by schedule.
• Put away fabric by location using RF hand scanners.
• Utilizing computers to look up locations for material.
