We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our Fabletics Retail Store at Town Center at Boca Raton - Boca Raton, FL.

This position reports to the Store Manager.

How you’ll play to Win

1. Embodies our culture and values through self-accountability, serving as a role model internally and externally.

2. Supports the Store Manager and peers in training store associates to engage customers effectively.

3. Drives customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.

4. Supports daily store activities, ensuring alignment with company and store goals.

5. Communicates inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience.

6. Maintains store merchandising guidelines to facilitate shopping and add value to the customer’s journey.

7. Provides feedback from all organizational levels to foster continuous improvement.

8. Strives to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.

9. Serves as a resource for product knowledge for customers and team members.

10. Maintains personal sales and achieves sales goals.

11. Ensures safety and security standards are met, and reports potential issues.

12. Unpacks inventory boxes weighing 10-30 lbs. as needed.

What you bring to the team

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail; prior retail management experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities like yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.

• Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.

• Experience working with large teams.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.

• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.

• Self-motivated, effective communicator, and capable of motivating others.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• This role involves constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for extended periods. May include stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
