Job description

We are searching for a Business Development Manager who knows the business development process and techniques inside and out. This candidate will have exceptional knowledge of web & mobile apps development projects, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for placing bids on various bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH.
  2. Responsible for generating business for the company through various channels and achieving targets.
  3. Identify, create, and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
  4. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/messages.
  5. Utilise all knowledge and skills in the company’s growth.
  6. Provide daily and monthly reports and other required reports.

Required Skills

  1. Candidate must have 1 year of experience in a business development profile with an IT company.
  2. Must have knowledge of generating leads for website & mobile apps development projects.
  3. Must have knowledge of bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancers, PPH, etc.
  4. Must have experience with running campaigns for Google Ads, email marketing, and cold calling.
  5. Must have experience dealing with clients on Skype, email, and calls.
  6. Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  7. Strong negotiation skills.
  8. Self-motivated to meet targets.

Required Educational Qualifications:

  1. Education from a technical background will be preferred.

This is a full-time position.

Salary: Based on Experience and Knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
