TriplePoint is seeking a Fabrication Mechanical Construction Supervisor to oversee shop and field operations for piping, ductwork, and HVAC installations in data centers and industrial environments. You will lead skilled trades, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to design specs and QA/QC standards.

The role requires coordinating with project management, supervising safety practices, and driving on-time project completion while mentoring crew members for high performance.

• Track materials, equipment, and labor resources to support timely project completion.
• Participate in project planning meetings to provide input on constructability and scheduling.
• Ensure proper documentation of fabrication progress, testing, and installation activities.

Job Description

The Fabrication Mechanical Construction Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations for the fabrication shop and/or field mechanical construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. This position is responsible for supervising skilled trades personnel, coordinating with project management, and maintaining high standards of workmanship for mechanical systems, piping, ductwork, and associated equipment in data center or industrial environments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Supervision & Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of fabricators, pipefitters, welders, and mechanical installers.
