Job summary

TP Mechanical, LLC. is seeking a entry-level labor helper to support on construction and plumbing tasks in Cincinnati. You will attend site and office meetings, prepare required forms, and provide labor to keep projects moving efficiently.

Safety is a top priority; you will help maintain quality and reduce waste while learning the trade and assisting where needed. This role includes a range of duties as assigned on various job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in construction or plumbing helpful.
• Honest, reliable and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Attends, as needed, all job site and office meetings related to assigned tasks; prepares to handle issues and completes forms/requests for tools, equipment or materials as required.
• Provides labor work needed for the specific job site in a positive, efficient, and timely manner.
• Prioritizes safety and safety practices during all task assignments.
• Ensures the quality and profitability of each project by minimizing waste in materials and labor where possible.
• Willing to learn the trade and jump in to assist when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Provides labor work needed for the specific job site in a positive, efficient, and timely matter.
• Focuses on safety and safety practices first and foremost during all task assignments.
• Ensures the quality and profitability of each project by eliminating waste in materials and labor whenever possible.
• Willingness to learn the trade and jump in and assist when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Experience

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Any construction or plumbing experience helpful
• Stable work history
• Able to use basic tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
• Honest, reliable, dependable and display good character.

Education

• High School or GED Equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Eyesight correctable to 20/50
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Able to lift and climb ladders and scaffolds.
• Lift items weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must not be afraid of heights.

Special Requirements

• Must provide own basic hand tools.
