Microchip Technology Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Fab Production Specialist to join our probe/test facility. You will be part of a team that operates handlers and testers on the Test floor, following detailed work instructions and safety protocols.

Formación

• Must read and follow detailed work specs for equipment.
• Ability to wear smock, PPE and ESD strap.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Flexible to shift changes incl. weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Supports Microchip’s Guiding Values and Culture.
• Learn to operate various handlers and testers on the Test floor.
• Understand verbal and written instructions to complete lots via COMETS, SPTRs, and emailed instructions.
