Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
• Capable of working in a cleanroom and handling chemicals.
• Proven ability to follow complex process instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Perform metal etching, plating, and other substrate processing operations.
• Conduct final inspections of substrates to ensure quality.
• Operate and maintain complex fabrication equipment per specifications.
• Analyze SPC data and monitor process performance.
• Develop and document improved process instructions and workflows.
• Safely handle chemicals and follow safety regulations.
