Great Plains Manufacturing is seeking a 1st Shift Fab Operator for the CE facility in Salina, KS. The role runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays as required.

Primary duties include operating fabrication equipment, reading prints, and using measuring tools. Candidates should be capable of following safety regulations and supporting a team-first culture at Great Plains Manufacturing.

CE1 Overhead Full Time Manual Labor Salina, KS, US

Great Plains Manufacturing is currently seeking a 1st Shift Fab Operator to join our team at the CE facility in Salina, KS.

This position works Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., plus overtime on Fridays, as required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to run equipment throughout the fabrication department
• Ability to use and understand AS400
• Ability to read prints and be able to use tape measure, calipers, etc. as required
• Other duties as assigned
• Follow all Great Plains and OSHA safety regulations and wear prescribed safety and protective equipment.
• Other Duties may be assigned that require other qualifications, physical demands, and/or work environment.

Preferred Skills and Requirements:

• Fabrication Operator experience in a manufacturing environment helpful
