Job summary

SkyWater Technology is seeking a Fab Operator in Texas for the B Shift (Sun, Mon, Tue) and (Sun, Mon, Tue, Sat) from 6:55pm to 7:10am, with a 15% differential. Operate equipment in a cleanroom and support wafer production and testing.

Requirements include 18+ years, high school diploma or equivalent, 6+ months of semiconductor tool experience, basic computer skills, and good communication. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Fab Operator

B Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday in week one, and Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Saturdayin week two, from 6:55pm - 7:10am.

This role offers a 15% differential.

Major Areas Of Accountability

• Operate assigned equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Load and unload wafer production and/or testing equipment.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure correct procedures are completed.
• Document all work performed using electronic means
• Perform minor data analysis as requested

Required Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience operating semiconductor fabrication tools
• Basic computer skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• The willingness and desire to learn and grow

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repetitively lift, up to 12 pounds
• Work in a cleanroom environment wearing full personal protective equipment attire
• Stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift
