Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a high-caliber Manufacturing Section Manager to drive flawless, fab-wide operational execution on the back end of the week (Wed-Sat). You will report to the Operations Manager and hold full accountability for Fab performance.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of supervisors and technicians in a 300mm cleanroom environment, focusing on throughput optimization, WIP management, and continuous improvement to ensure production stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Operations Research, or related Systems/Manufacturing field.
• 4 years of experience within a high volume manufacturing semiconductor fab.
• 3 years of experience managing, leading, supervising a team.
