EY is seeking a Senior in the Technical Accounting Advisory Group (TAAG) within FAAS in Chicago. You will work across industries on complex accounting topics including consolidation, joint ventures, IPOs, business combinations, revenue recognition, and SEC reporting.
You will collaborate with FAAS, audit teams, and clients to deliver high-quality service, mentor teams, and drive technical accounting excellence. The role requires CPA and strong communication, with a hybrid work model.

Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team is expanding rapidly, and as a Senior in the Technical Accounting Advisory Group (TAAG), you will play a key role in that growth. You will work across all industries, engaging with clients on complex financial and accounting issues including consolidation, joint ventures, IPOs, business combinations, compensation, revenue recognition, derivatives and hedging, debt vs. equity, SEC reporting, leases, and more. This highly visible position requires direct interaction with FAAS, audit teams, and clients to deliver exceptional service and deepen technical accounting expertise.
