Job summary

EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team is expanding, and as a Manager you’ll drive engagements across diverse industries, delivering complex accounting and financial reporting solutions.

You will collaborate with colleagues across service lines, mentor a high‑performing team, and travel to meet key clients, delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business and 5–8 years of experience as an auditor in a public accounting firm.
• US CPA licensure in your work state.
• Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Deep understanding of the marketplace, commonly used terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven record of excellence in managing, mentoring and improving a high‑performing team.
• Confidence to research and resolve emerging client issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
• Reliable transportation to and from the EY office and client sites (driver’s license strongly recommended).

Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team is growing exponentially, and as a Manager you’ll play a key role in that growth by communicating creative, strategic goals both internally and externally. You will be working across all industries, listening to and understanding clients to give them a truly exceptional experience in a field where there are no off‑the‑shelf recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, base salary range U.S. $112,700 – $206,500, with higher ranges for certain metro areas.
