Job summary

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer to support the FAA Alaska Automation Capability program in Anchorage.

You will plan, manage, deconflict, streamline, and execute procurement to modernize Alaska Flight Service operations. Responsibilities include ensuring system requirements are defined, verified, and validated; coordinating with TIS and other federal partners; and guiding end-to-end life cycle activities from design to verification and deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting FAA, DoD, or federal aviation programs.
• Familiarity with VoIP, VCS, and legacy radio architectures.
• Strong systems engineering skills: requirements, verification, validation.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize cutover schedules with stakeholders to minimize outages.
• Generate and translate requirements from high-level strategies to specs.
• Ensure compliance with standards through verification methods.
