Job summary

Noblis is seeking Business Analysts to support FAA Air Traffic Systems and Surveillance Services within the PMO. You will engage with federal stakeholders to analyze objectives, propose solutions, and drive process improvements that transition from current ATC to NextGen capabilities.

Roles involve documenting processes, modeling data, and facilitating change initiatives. Roles may require on-site and/or hybrid work at multiple locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management.
• Strong background in developing logical data models and documenting/analyzing business processes.
• Experience with process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and measuring efficiency/effectiveness.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; proactive and time-managed.
• FAA background investigation and suitability required.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card with 3+ years in U.S.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business objectives and develop solutions aligned with goals.
• Develop logical data models and define current and future business processes with documentation.
• Identify, analyze, and document business requirements throughout projects.
• Lead process improvement and reengineering initiatives; develop modern business methods.
• Create briefs, papers, and graphics communicating findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with customers and project teams for enterprise-wide integration.
• Assist in change management strategies to maximize stakeholder adoption.
• Prepare for and participate in meetings and reviews.
