Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician III to support the FAA under the TSSC-5 contract. The role covers installation, testing, repair, and preventive maintenance on NAS electronic systems across the United States.

The technician works under limited supervision, follows FAA directives, and collaborates with engineers and project managers. A background check is required, and travel up to 100% within the USA is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Experience with analog and digital electronics is beneficial.
• Familiar with RF and communications equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and remove electronic systems and equipment per drawings.
• Troubleshoot and repair to unit, board, or module level using standard test instruments.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and FAA orders or site procedures.
• Assist with field installations and site work under TSSC-5.
• Document maintenance logs and test results.
