You will provide advanced technical support for regulatory reviews, escalated compliance matters, and QA activities, while partnering across functions to drive training, guidance, and improved customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for regulatory reviews, escalated compliance matters, and quality assurance activities.
• Review complex project scenarios, identify regulatory risks, develop training and guidance materials, and support initiatives that enhance compliance, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Partner cross-functionally to review regulatory requirements and ensure alignment with FAA and FCC regulations.
