Job summary

Allegiant Air seeks an FAA-certified Inspector to certify airworthiness of aircraft and systems. You will perform inspections per the GMM, conduct NDT and borescope checks, document discrepancies, and ensure proper airworthiness release after maintenance.

Shifts include days/nights and possible travel. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid A&P license, and 2+ years in 121/135/145 roles or US military aircraft MOS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Must have Airframe and Powerplant License (certification).
• 2+ years 121/135/145 experience or U.S. military Aircraft MOS.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish inspection/RII tasks on Airframes, Powerplants, and other aircraft components.
• Inspect items on task cards, engineering orders, and guidance documentation.
• Perform NDT inspections and borescope inspections.
• Document discrepancies identified during inspections and ensure airworthiness release after maintenance.
