Job summary

ABX Air is seeking a Line Maintenance Representative to perform preventive maintenance, repairs and modifications on aircraft and components in compliance with FAA regulations. The role involves travel for station coverage, training, and QA audits, and requires working outdoors in all weather, deicing, GSE maintenance, and equipment handling.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, A&P license, and 2 years of experience in commercial transport aircraft, with ability to troubleshoot

Qualifications

• HSD/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass an MVR background check.
• A&P License.
• 2 years experience in all phases of commercial transport aircraft.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot aircraft systems.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and evaluate structural damage.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel on company aircraft as required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications and line maintenance per manuals, procedures and FAA regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments and travel regionally for station coverage and QA audits.
• Maintain station manuals, parts and tooling inventory; assist with deicing, snow removal and MXI work.
• Train new team members on paperwork, MXI and manuals.
