Job summary

Pegasus Aviation Services is seeking Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) to work in Anchorage, AK. The AMT will perform maintenance on transport category aircraft and must hold a valid FAA Aircraft Maintenance Technician license (Airframe and/or Power Plant).

Experience on B-777, B-747, B-737, B-767 or Airbus 319/320/321 is a plus; all experience levels encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include inspections, fault resolution, system testing, part replacements, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid FAA Aircraft Maintenance Technician license with an Airframe and/or Power Plant rating.
• Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft maintenance transit inspections and fault resolution.
• Accomplish aircraft system testing and troubleshooting procedure.
• Remove and replace defective parts and perform final checks.
• Operate power tools and test equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete maintenance records accurately and on time.
