Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Dallas Love Field to perform airframe and powerplant inspections, troubleshooting and repairs, including testing aircraft systems. The position requires working nights and is based at Love Field in Dallas, TX.

Applicants must hold a FAA Airframe & Powerplant license with 2–4 years of aviation experience; corporate aviation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant license required.
• 2–4 years aviation experience; corporate aircraft experience preferred.
• FAR Part 145, 135, 121 knowledge is preferred.
• Sheet metal experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications to meet FAA requirements.
• Remove/ disassemble defective parts; install replacement parts and test aircraft systems.
• Operate power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish tasks.
• Complete maintenance records accurately and report times to accomplish tasks.
• Follow OSHA and EPA regulations; maintain a clean and safe work area.
