Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an HTF Analytical Inspector Level 2 FAA to ensure product quality through detailed inspection and testing. This on-site role reports to the Inspection Manager and follows a 5:30 AM–2:00 PM weekday schedule.

You will perform inspections, document results, and support root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams in a safety-conscious environment. FAA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in analytical inspection or quality control within manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, instruments, and QA processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Experience with inspection documentation and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analytical inspections and testing to ensure quality standards.
• Document inspection results and report deviations to the quality team.
• Collaborate with manufacturing/engineering to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration is up to date.
• Follow safety and quality protocols during all inspection activities.
