Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an HTF Analytical Inspector Level 2 FAA to ensure quality and integrity of products through detailed analytical inspection and testing. You will report to the Inspection Manager and work on-site with a day shift (0530-1400, M-F).

You will impact product quality assurance by performing precise inspections and analyses that support manufacturing and engineering teams in delivering reliable and safe products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in analytical inspection or quality control within a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, analytical instruments, and QA processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specs, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analytical inspections and testing of Honeywell products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results accurately and report deviations or non-conformances to the quality team.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration is up to date.
• Follow established safety and quality protocols during all inspection activities.
