Job Description

Innova Solutions is seeking to hire immediately for the position of Lead Instructor - Aerospace. This is a full-time contract role lasting 12+ months, onsite in Everett, WA.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, recommend deliverables, budget, and resources.
Oversee curriculum development, review course content, instructional materials, testing, and system access requirements.
Identify learning objectives specific to the business and adapt curriculum content and delivery methods accordingly.
Serve as a lead instructor in a specialized content area.
Deploy development tools and monitor their implementation.
Identify potential issues affecting performance and lead analysis and development of improvement strategies.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in instructing or in Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Assurance roles within Aerospace.

Pay Range & Benefits

Pay Range: $45-$48/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
